Workshop Description: Having trouble getting along with a teacher or another student? Wonder why some people can work together effortlessly on a group assignment while others can't even agree on the time of day? Maybe it's simply a matter of different personality styles. In this workshop, you'll not only learn the 4 personality styles, but also which one you like to use! Find out how to get work done quickly with a Driver, befriend an Amiable, crunch data with an Analytic, and move forward with an Expressive. You'll learn the secret of how the best teams maximize the contributions of all 4 styles.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the 4 basic personality styles and their own preferred styles.
- Explain the positive and negative aspects of behaviors that characterize each of the 4 styles.
- List 2 limitations of categorizing behavior by personality styles.
*This CEO LEAD Workshop is open to all students.
