For all those attending workshops virtually, send any questions you have for the presenter throughout the webcast to LeadershipAssistant@drexel.edu and the moderator will relay them on your behalf to get you an answer in real-time. To "sign-in" and get (1) CEO LEAD credit towards certification, send an email to CEOLEAD@drexel.edu and include the following details in your email: 1) First/Last Name, 2) Student ID#, 3) Drexel Email Address, and 4) Name/Date of Workshop/Webcast.
Workshop Description: During this workshop, student organization leaders will learn useful tips and tricks to better connect and communicate with their members using the organization’s CollegiateLink page. The workshop will provide an overview on creating surveys, posting and marketing events on the Flyerboard, sending group messages/updates via email and text message, and much more. Bring your laptop for this interactive tutorial and walk-through of the CollegiateLink system.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Use CollegiateLink to send mass text messages and emails to members.
- Create events on the virtual flyer board.
- Create surveys for members and executive board members to: hold elections, gather feedback/opinions, and determine the best meeting times.
*Student Organization Management | CEO LEAD Certificate Specialization Series:
If students attend any three (3) Student Organization Management Workshops in addition to six (6) CEO LEAD Workshops throughout the 2012-2013 academic year, students will earn a CEO LEAD Leadership Certificate and a Specialization in Student Organization Management. Note: All Specializations and CEO LEAD Leadership Certificates will be distributed at the Annual CEO LEAD Awards & Recognition Reception in Spring 2013.
